  • Pan-India Delivery: We proudly deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Whether you’re sending a gift to a bustling metropolis or a serene rural area, we’ve got you covered.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are exclusively available within India.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Holiday & Peak Season: During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. 

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s website.
  • Delivery Updates: We will keep you informed with regular updates on your order status, from processing to delivery.

5. Delivery Instructions

6. Delivery Issues

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to deliver the package again. In case of repeated unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

7. P.O. Boxes and Remote Areas

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete street address at checkout.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote locations may take longer than the standard delivery time. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ensure timely delivery.

8. Changes to Shipping Information

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
