Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return your item within 3 days of receiving it.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain gifts hampers are non-returnable, including personalized items, perishable goods (such as chocolates, dry fruits, Sweets etc.), and items marked as final sale. In this case partial return is also not applicable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@treatluxury.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all original documentation, accessories, and any free gifts you received with the order.
Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Processing: After inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned not in their original condition or beyond the return timeframe).
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@treatluxury.in. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
