1. How to Cancel an Order

  • Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed and prepared for shipment.
  • Contact Us: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at sales@treatluxury.com or call us at +91-8437915433. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • Before Processing: If you cancel your order within the 2-hour window and before it has been processed, no cancellation charges will apply, and you will receive a full refund.
  • After Processing: If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy for further options.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Partial Cancellations: If you wish to cancel only part of your order, please specify the items you want to cancel when you contact us.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Personalized Items: Orders for personalized or customized products cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
  • Perishable Goods: Orders for perishable items, such as chocolates, cannot be canceled once they are prepared or shipped.

5. Changes to Orders

  • Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the delivery address or changing an item), please contact us within 2-hour window of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes may not be possible after the order has been processed.
